Gonzales, or 'Gonzo' to his mates comes from Canada, but lives and works in Paris, France. He has an album out called 'Solo Piano', I suggest you buy it, available at iTunes and other good record stores. I'm teaching myself this piece at the moment, it's truly beautiful, and hard to learn by ear.
