To CLAMP or not To CLAMP?
DA local council dems employ Ticket men to Patroll da Streets, looking out for cars that are illegally parked. Fair enough if We diD not have them controlling and patrolling our Streets , ITwould be Kaos!!!! Every 1 would be parkin Up at every little spot They C. Now looking at health And Safety this could disrupt the Emergency services from getting to aN Emergency as soon As Possible. If u get Issued PCN (Penalty Charge Notice) NowAday its gonna Merks up your Mood big time as it cost u Bare!!!! £120 get ME!!! Now thats one Thing the chiefs aT the CounciL's are making bucks on but for a sort of Good Reason!!!

If da reason for them to patroll the streets and to keep roads as clear as possible and to prevent Mayhem upon Road, then Why are u clamping cars. Surely if they clamp your car, then u cant bloody move it!!!!!! so their no Explanation to That one , only that they DAYLIGHT RobERING US!!!!
