Deviation this wednesday.........

Domu is a true heavyweight in every dance music genre you can imagine - his reach stretches all the way from avant garde drum and bass to broken beat, glitchy hip hop, boogie, experimental techno, and Brazilian fusion. The CEO of Treble O Records, his own digital label, Domu has been extremely busy lately putting out music from artists such as NS2, Yannah Valdevit, Ben Mi Duck and Dorian Concept, working on his own projects and flying all over the world DJing. It might seem like a surprise he hasn't played at Deviation already and we're very excited he'll be joining us in the midst of the slew of brand new releases he has coming up this summer and Autumn. Already a part of the Deviation family (he has even stood in for Benji at 1Xtra on occasion), this will be a set not to be missed.

Alex Nut is fast becoming one of the most sought after emerging DJs in London, and he'll be stepping off a flight from Shanghai to play at Deviation this Wednesday. The only hip hop DJ on Rinse FM, they released his mix CD this year to broad critical acclaim, the winning formula comprised of disparate experimental sounds which seem to generate a party rocking set in the hands of the Wolverhampton native. This year Alex also launched his own record label, Eglo Records, which currently features artists such as Fatima, Shuanise and Floating Points - whose first release - "Love Me Like This" is already a Deviation classic . We welcome Alex back after he held down the top floor at our 1st birthday session, and expect no less than a classic heaving, sweaty, dancefloor set.
